Nebulaid (Nebulizer Assistant App)
Nebulaid is a mobile app that functions as an extension of the nebulizer, allowing for greater accessibility and addressing some obstacles inherent to the machine.
Project Overview
This project aims to develop a mobile application that enhances the nebulizer experience and addresses key issues by including:
- Visual feedback during administration.
- Ability to manage medication schedule.
- Alarm / notification system
- Administration instructions for increase accessibility.
- Ability to log administration data within profile, caregivers can access log data by being added as “Guardians.”
What is a nebulizer?
Nebulizers are essential medical devices for individuals with respiratory conditions such as asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and other lung-related issues. It compresses and dispenses liquid medication to be breathed in as mist.
